1238*oBritish Africa a really exciting mostly mint collection in mounts on clean Scott Specialty pages to the late 1980’s. Includes several thousand different that is somewhat spotty during the Victorian period (which is where most the used resides) but then really improves from the KEVII to the end where the later parts are virtually complete. The catalog value stated is the owner’s, which should be discounted some for a few fiscal cancels, possible forgeries, removed pen cancels, etc. Overall a gorgeous collection worthy of careful study.Cat. As you review, ignore the owner’s catalog values as they include everything including condition problems and revenue cancels. Our evaluation takes these into account and still finds numerous worthwhile value.
