Live Auctions

Rasdale Live Auctions allows you to view and bid in our Public Auction in real time as the auction is taking place in our gallery. You, other Rasdale Live customers from around the world, and on our gallery floor will be able to compete all at the same time to buy the items you have been looking for. To participate in Rasdale Live Auctions you must be registered 72 hours prior to the start of the auction.

Below are instructions on how to register to become a Rasdale Live Auctions customer. Existing customers proceed to #3. New customers proceed to #7.

  1. Click on Your Account on the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  2. The Your Account page is where you will log in to your account
  3. If you HAVE bid in our Public Auctions through our website in the PAST, you already have an account. You will still need to register to bid in Rasdale Live Auctions.
  4. Click the “log in” button. Enter your email address and password and. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Lost Password?” link at the right of the password box. An email will be sent to your email address for you to complete your login. If you log in correctly, a confirmation box will appear stating “Thank you, you have successfully logged in”. Click on the “OK” button.
  5. You are now back to the Your Account page. On this page you will see “Welcome back” with your name, a message in red “You have not registered for online bidding”, followed by your billing address, shipping address, payment information and references. Below references you will find a box with “Check here if you wish to register for online bidding” to the right. Check the box if you would like to register for online bidding. Finally, click the “save account” button.
  6. To close the Your Account page, click on the “log out” button in the upper right corner of the page near the Events Calendar. An email will be sent to our offices to review your registration. The review process takes place during our business hours of Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. New York time. You may be contacted via email if further information is needed. Upon a successful review you will receive an email confirming your registration.
  7. If you HAVE NOT bid in our Public Auctions through our website, you will need to establish an account and register for online bidding.
  8. Click the “log in” button. Click the “Click here if you do not have an account” link.
  9. You are now back to Your Account page. On this page you will see “Welcome back” with your name, a message in red “You have not registered for online bidding”, followed by your billing address, shipping address, payment information and references. Below references you will find a box with “Check here if you wish to register for online bidding” to the right. Check the box if you would like to register for online bidding. Finally, click the “save account” button.
