There is very little in the way of Washington-Franklins. After that is a thinly vailed attempt to fill spaces. Surprising the airmails show some energy, however the mint C14 is no gum. Surprisingly the numbers do ad up to make a respectable starter collection. Condition is a little tough in the early issues while NH is spotted in some of the moderate later issues.
