Useful Federal Ducks with the first three issues being mint no gum then turns used and the real later issues of high face value being mint. Lots of lower to medium values with an occasional ah ha moment here and there. Condition is mixed with a heavy tongue influence but not affecting the stamps that count. The collector hardly had enough time to look for the older issues as the Kansas City fulfillment center made sure he received the entire newer stamps that hit the market.
