This over 300 pound lot varies in quality and condition from two full cartons of sorted stamps in glassines to a full carton of over 20 pounds common US on paper mix from the 1970s. Includes a few sparse stockbooks and albums, plus hundreds and hundreds of mainly common covers (US and UN FDCs) and common everyday correspondence. Consists of an A-V collection from 1840 to the 1930s in two old-style binders and on album pages having hundreds and hundreds of mixed mint and used stamps in full, partial sets, and singles having many partially stuck because of decades of storage. Spotted some interesting China and a used Great Britain #1. The third binder has a custom-organized offering of mint 1948 British colonies Silver Wedding high values possible complete but hard to tell and 1949 mint UPU worldwide. The majority of the holding is Germany related with multiples of the "Building Issues" soaked and primarily sorted into types, although there is a sizable accumulation of unsorted of these on and off paper. Includes a small carton of foreign covers skewed toward Germany. Around 20% other countries, but the value is in the Germany stamps and covers. Best of all are 26 three ring binders with German stamps in Scott or Michel order with thousands of stamps on manila stockpages accumulated for the prospect of "fly speck" finds.
