Armenia is the best bunch with many "better" supposed high catalog items. Also includes Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Siberia, and offices in China and Turkey. No certs or signed noted. As collected by a knowledgeable owner, many of the usually dubious overprints and such appear to be genuine. Use a long look to come to your own decision on this unusual holding.	Cat.
