It appears that what is contained in the binders and boxes were to end up in the collection but time ran out because many empty spaces remain. Better items spotted in the plate blocks are a Famous American set, an Overrun Nations set and a C25-C31 set. Singles are 230 x8, NH, 232 block, a light scattering of Washington-Franklins, a 505 double error block of 12, (stuck to a piece of paper), Kansas-Nebraska set, and C1-C6. Condition mixed.
