B-O-B issues are substantive. All of Africa’s French colonies are represented with issues beginning in late eighteenth/early nineteenth century to the late 1930s/early 1940s. Included, with much mint and with wide coverage, are Algeria, Dahomey, Offices in Egypt and Morocco, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mauritania, Middle Congo, Niger, Reunion, Senegal, Somali Coast, Togo, Upper Volta, Ubangi, and others.
