Includes mint and used singles, sets, and souvenir sheets, F-VF, expertly hinged onto Scott specialty pages and housed in slightly worn binders. Contains thousands of definitives, commemoratives and BOB items, with many complete or nearly complete pages. Features material from British Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama (plus Canal Zone). Of special note is the attention Volume One pays to the region's nineteenth and early twentieth century philatelic printing anomalies, color variations, overprint peculiarities, cancel differences, counterfeits, and forgeries.
