Mixed mint and used, with many complete sets throughout. Mint material begins as hinged and changes over to never hinged in the 1940s, 1950s and later. Mounted carefully and expertly onto Scott specialty or blank pages, housed in slightly worn Scott specialty albums. Page after page of thorough coverage of definitives, commemoratives and BOB.
