74CV(90) 12¢ “E” grill issue franked on a Trans-Atlantic cover. Tied with a black cork and red New York “PAID ALL” cancel, small black New Orleans, LA cds at left and a black Liverpool receiving mark on reverse. 1992 PFC (262907) states, it is a genuine usage of Scott 90, “E” grill, the stamp with a small corner crease at bottom right.
