	423		India large 13” X 6” airmail commercial cover having high value #206 10 Rupees Gandhi stamp from the Crystal Estate. Stamp is on the reverse having a weak cancel of November 1948. Cover has two vertical folds not affecting the stamp. Mailed to Chicago from the Hindustan Construction Co. Bombay cancelled upon arrival on December 3, 1948.
