262OA fantastic original hoard of the 1854 to 1857 Penny Reds. Includes well over 10,000 examples mounted on pages and in stockbooks. There is so many ways to appreciate these, from plate numbers, positions, states, dies, papers, watermarks, re-engravings and even cancellations. Mixed condition with a huge catalog value as each stamp catalogs between $11.50 to $110.00 as per Scott (much more in Stanley Gibbons). Does not include all issues but what it does include is many times in depth which lends itself interest to the specialist. 264O*An impressive collection in a 16 page stockbook holding mostly used to the QV Jubilee issues then, mostly mint with an astronomical amount of catalog value. Obviously contains many better values from the 1847 embossed issues to the first Machin pound values. In addition to this there is a wealth of different plate numbers represented, shade and paper variations plus interest in cancels.
