The serpentine issues are much better quality than what is normally encountered. It starts all used to the early 1890’s then it is mostly mint to the end. 	598	O	Highly specialized collection of around 500 items mostly mounted on quadrille pages. The emphasis is on plate varieties, shades, inverted watermarks and perforations.
