Topical collections entail a mostly complete parallel mint and used 1949 UPU and mixed mint and used not complete 1935 Jubilee. There is a couple stock pages of used and a mint sheet file of owner catalog totaling $1137. Finally, a group of South Africa, Tristan Da Cunha and Canadian Special Delivery round out this lot.
