223OA truly amazing and unique collection of many hundreds, used plate number singles and a few plate blocks housed in 36 three ring binders of various sizes stuffed in bulbous cartons. Running from the mid 1930’s to modern this labor of love took decades to assemble. Also includes plate number coil singles, some plate blocks and many matched sets of both singles and plate blocks scattered about. As a single stamp there is not much value, however as a collection it represents an incalculable amount a value in time and effort. This type of assembly would be exceedingly difficult to duplicate. Very advanced minus the rarities while the better items make up the magnificent Possessions singles section in the auction (see session two). Canal Zone #47 has a PSE certificate (15366) and the Philippines #219 has a APS certificate (121743) and #O41 PFC (440021). The Canal Zone makes up a little more than half the value, followed by Philippines, Hawaii, Guam, and Danish West Indies.
