1594CVImpressive Manchukuo cover cancelled in 1933 in Shenyang (Mukden) This mixed Japanese and Manchukuo franking cover was mailed to Captain David Barrett Care of the American Consulate, American Barracks, Tientsin, China. Barrett was a soldier, diplomat, and an old Army China hand. On its reverse there is one Chinese postage due stamp. An out of this world cover.Cat. Value: S.B. 75.00
