257O*A good accumulation beginning with the Banknotes and continuing to around the 1930’s needs organizing. Commemoratives are well represented as are the Bureaus and Washington Franklins. Of special interest is the selection of revenues; both first and second issues as well as documents and stock transfer are present with some having handstamp cancellations. Higher denominations are present. Locals are sold “as is”. Of the foreign countries with important selections are Canada, Germany, German States and German colonies. Great Britain, the British colonies of Cyprus, Gibraltar, Malta and others are included. States of India, Memel, Cuba, Brazil, Spain and Switzerland round out the foreign selections on stock pages.
