This unorthodox assembly starts with an engaging Locals grouping (probably reprints) then Confederate States along with the latter reprints. Well balanced 19th century regular issues and commemoratives with many higher values are present. The 20th century offers an impressive representation of both regular issues and commemoratives as well. Here is where you might find an occasional mint example like the Kansas-Nebraska sets. The airmails hold a mint C13. In the Back of the Book you will find on parade E’s, J’s, K’s, O’s, PR’s, 1st through 3rd issue revenues as well as Reds and Greens (many higher values with cut cancels), Wines, M & M’s. And what collection would not be complete with a few Ducks floating around. The collector liked to interlace covers within the appropriate sets for a little chutzpah.
