138O*A mint and used assembly housed in two collections. The first is slightly remaindered while the second is in early stages of development. Mostly lower with a few medium values after the Banknotes with very little in the way of airmails and no Back of the Book. There is a decent scattering of commemorative sets, Washington-Franklins, etc. Condition varies and there is some duplication. Used until around 1997 then turns all mint when the face value starts adding up and most of the value is in face. Also includes some mounts for expansion and used on paper mixture added for ballast.
