Very lightly populated until the 1893 commemoratives then pockets of both commemoratives and regular issues. Then starting with the 1917-1919 series turns into near complete to complete sets. During spot inspection we found both NH and OG, however the collection has been encapsulated in PM fashion so we ran out of gas performing micro-surgery to extricate the patient.
