	180	O	Balkans with Albania and Bulgaria collections to 1963 in a Scott Specialty album. Albania is best with dubious earlies, mint sets and CTO sets yielding an intermediate collection of several hundred stamps. The Bulgaria is parallel with two pages for each issue, but not mint and used. Not much power, with just a surprise or two to hold a viewer's interest. The obligatory high catalog, but dubious at best Eastern Rumelia group brings up the rear. Plenty of value for any area aficionado.	Cat. Value: S.B. 1300 Price Realized: $900.00
