1795CVGermany two oversized registered covers. Involves one having Scott B82-B89 Olympics stamps canceled in Possneck on May 5, 1936, mailed to Offenbach and canceled there on May 30. Cover has vertical and horizontal folds near the middle. The other cover having five Olympic zusammendruche which helped to pay for the money rate was canceled on June 8, 1937 in Breslau. 1803CVGermany Zeppelin cover for the first North American flight of the Hindenburg in 1936. A full set of Scott # C46-C56 overpays the rate so as to form a philatelic “sets cover”. Originates in Frankfort (4.5.36) and arrives back at its destination of Offenbach (16.5.36) through New York (5.9.1936). 1807CVGermany Do-X cover posted on board the “flugschiff Dornier” first-flight cover, franked with two German Zeppelin stamps C38 & C39. Postmarked (transit) Rio de Janiero (22.IV.31) and DOX postmark tying the stamps Jan 30, 1931. Unusual destination of Stone, Saskatchewan, Canada received sometime in July, 1931 (indistinct day receiver mark). All the appropriate markings. 1812CVGermany Registered cover canceled in Ulm on November 8, 1933 just one week after the first day of issue for the Wagner stamps. Includes Scott B51, B56, and B57 making the total of seventy Reichspfennigs which paid the international letter rate to Frauenfeld, Switzerland.
