39*oEphemera from 1837-1950 in the form of travel brochures, pamphlets, old hand colored maps, and a history book. The book circa 1840 concerns the famous people of Poland up to then current times 1837. Over 50 etchings of famous people, etc. Foxing and toning. In need of some TLC. Over 40 travel books and brochures mainly from the 1930s with a majority being cruise line come ons with time tables, fares, etc. in better than most condition. Best of all around 40 old (1860s perhaps) maps from areas around the Mediterranean Sea that appear to be hand colored. A fleamarket, antique store, craft mall bonanza waiting for an entrepreneur.Cat. 42*oKinderpost (play post office) huge accumulation in around 40 fat plastic sleeves in a binder. Hundreds and hundreds of items. Includes stamps, postal cards, postal stationery, and covers. Some have been posted. The majority are of German origin including some rare DDR. Just a few golden age with most in the 1930-1965 range. Semi sorted by manufacturer. A smattering of “coins” and play money. Only one cancelation device. More of this type of material in one place than we have ever offered.
