Includes a PF cert (1996) which proclaims “genuinely used on cover which is slightly reduced a right”. Cert does not describe the pencil marks on the reverse that indicates that this cover was once part of the 1935 Walcott sale. Valuable showpiece for any Lincoln, Civil War, Presidential exhibit.Cat.
