584*oRemains of a one time awesome collection in 35 Scott International albums classically organized chronologically. Begins in 1960 and ends with four albums of mainly empty pages in 2006. Heavy 12 cartons, around 400 pounds shipping weight. Probably easily over 60,000 stamps mounted in these albums. The focus is on mint stamps although mixed mint and used until 1977. Lots of midrange material with a few sets cataloging $100.00+ near the usually seen packet stamps. The fattest albums are in the 1960-1976 period. Plenty of complete sets 1977-2002. Most of the albums are fully used with crowded pages in all albums to around 1980 where mounting long sets began to become a chore. Also included are at least two duplicate albums and pages not figured in the count. No material before 1960 so the huge catalog value is not skewed by the classical period. A pleasure and a necessity to view before bidding.Cat. Value: S.B. 4,500.00
Price Realized: $3,500.00
