There is also over 50 French Revenues from the 1870s to 1890s. Also involves Vietnam and Philippines which are only 10% of the total value. Hundreds and hundreds of mixed mint and used stamps in singles, full, and partial sets in above average condition. Entails an owner’s catalog value of $11,500.00.
