195*oCVCollection/accumulation as received filling four cartons. Long time storage under less than favorable conditions has led to condition difficulties, shrunken mounts, glazed gum lightly stuck down, etc. First time on the market and has a lot to offer. Mint Kansas/Nebraska, White Plains sheet, Washington/Franklins resides in four homemade albums along with a not as nice used group in a too old Scott album filling the smallest carton. Along with ten or so beginner groups, four binders of interesting covers (highway post, ship cancels, flag cancels, etc.), a full carton of labor intensive, tape stored plate blocks, and a few poorly stored postage sheets. A full examination is necessary to correctly figure a winning bid.Cat. Value: S.B. 900.00

196*oAn I’ll catch up collection. Most of the value lays in an old time Scott album where the collector would buy better items from auction houses and retailers, place them into the album and never mount them. The mounted part of the collection is mainly used lower to medium values with both 19th and 20th century present along with a few Airmails and a decent Postage Dues section as well a batch of Hawaii on a stockcard. Useful used are numbers 1 (with a blue town cds), 17, 29, 30A, 70-71, 75-76, 98, 155, 240, 291. The scattering of mint hold numbers 294-299, 630 (NH with some perf seps), 803-834, C18 NH. The assembly also includes two either empty or very sparsely populated Scott albums, some stockbooks of miscellaneous U.S. and Gen. For., year set, Bureau cards, scrap postage and a few mint sheets to be counted. Condition is mixed but better than most and solid value to be extracted.Cat. Value: S.B. 750.00
