	1694		Germany pair of Berlin covers showing the complete set #9N1-9N20. Both mailed the same day, October 2, 1948 to a Cincinnati, Ohio address. All stamps are tied. Both were received in New York on 10/31/1948 and are correctly backstamped. The cover with the high value stamps was delivered the next day to Cincinnati while the other waited until 11/2/1948 to be delivered. The webphotos tell the complete story. The covers are in collectable shape with corner dings and wear from their journey. A couple tiny tears are faults from careful opening and the poor quality paper of the period. Interesting and rare.
