Huge catalog and face value. Includes many heavily promoted “errors and varieties” many of which are printer’s waste. Huge prices were paid for these investments. Includes almost all the better early state stamps such as: California #1, 2 rebacked, Illinois #1, 2, 3, and Michigan #2. The condition is superb probably most mint NH. Faults are listed by the owner. Best of all is a selection of 165 Governor’s stamps both signed and unsigned. The Dealer listed prices are extraordinary - some way over catalog. Along for the ride is a better than most state fishing stamp collection, an Audubon souvenir sheet collection, and a small Eagle topical group. This is an investment that will find its own level here on the secondary market where printer’s waste has little demand and true rarity is rewarded.
