Three countries stand out which are Belgium highlighted by the high value 1932 Mercier, the 1949 souvenir sheet and the 1960 World Refugee souvenir sheet x 3, plus Spain and Portugal simply for the moderate quantities of the mid range 1950s and 1960s sets. Appears sparse having hundreds of stamps as owner did not collect volume but value. Classics are mostly used. Particularly strong in British and French colonies. Owner’s catalog of over $10,000.
