Great runs of mint and used stamps in here with lots of classics and longer sets from the early 1940s. The pages stop around 1966. Huge catalog value in New Caledonia, Reunion, and St. Pierre and Miquelon. Around $1,500.00 cat. in the other loose leaf binder with Ivory Coast and Reunion being best.
