65CVOne old sailor’s collection of Submarine related covers, cards and patches filed by boat number in two large binders. Our sailor served and serviced these vessels from 1963-1969 and tried to get something from each submarine during this time period. Over 250 different covers including keel layings, service anniversaries and anything else that was aboard. Most interesting are the 50 or so patches for these subs that he was able to procure during his service. The mounting protected everything but is now giving way so will need some TLC and a new album. Great slice of history where our nuclear submarines began to rule the undersea.Cat. Value: S.B. 400.00
