Lots of mint packet stamps in these with heavy hinging causing slight problems throughout; Next are two parallel world collections both ending in 1974-1975. The Grand Award is the better of the two with thousands of stamps; the two volume Abridged Scott International is the weaker still holding thousands of stamps. Also contains a UN collection to 1982 with a mint #38, seven presentation books from Bhutan each with a sampling of stamps, and six boxes of duplicates and supplies. The other half of the aggregate value consists of UN, UN face, beginner collections, subscription items, year sets from odd countries, sparse stockbooks, etc. with the last six cartons holding thousands of semi-sorted stamps on and off paper. 1441*oSurprise, surprise! Album from parts unknown. Found in this mysterious bag is a seventh edition 1915 Excelsior worldwide album in miserable condition. Was once a proud collection with many uncommon stamps. Now is dusty husk of itself that needs some TLC and a warm bath. Thousands of stamps with an immense catalog value with individual stamps with catalog values in the $1,200.00 range next to the common. All are attached to the falling apart pages with ironclad German hinges. Strongest in India and States with British area close behind. Poor condition. Sols “AS IS”. As Consigned. At first glance appears to be laminated and stuck fast, but instead each stamp is secured in its own “seal-a-meal” type pouch that with a modicum of effort can be opened. The stamps seem to be undamaged when liberated from confinement. Latin America seems to be the largest group followed by Europe. Well over 4,000 stamps in these with duplication often in blocks or sheets. Also includes two shoeboxes of duplicates of a couple thousand semi sorted in envelopes.
