	841		Antique book of engraved prints or etchings circa 1860-1890 published by George Virtue and company, London. This privately bound group now numbers 39 prints (approximate page size 9.5 x 12.5 inches) and includes many engravings from their subsequent or concurrent illustrated masterpieces like The Imperial Works of Shakespeare, 1878. It appears that this was a sample book of sorts where one could choose a print and then have it framed. Shakespeare, famous sculptures, and paintings are the themes. Foxing, age spots etc. plague some of the prints, but many are still suitable for display. Not bad for a book over 125 years old.	Cat. Value: S.B. ---- Price Realized: $50.00
