	912		Belgium and colonies collection in two Scott Specialty albums. Includes Belgium 1870-1970 and colonies 1876-1974. The Belgium one time was an advanced collection, but now has been remaindered of most of its power. The colonies have hardly been touched with an amazing amount of mint and CTO sets from Burundi, Congo, Rwanda and Zaire still in their proper places. Strong throughout with many higher intermediate values (from $20.00-$100.00) with a focus on “better” mint sets. Organized in a tiny cigarillo box for easy integration.
