	958		Belgium and colonies extra clean and fresh collection in a Scott Specialty album. Includes fairly complete mint NH or OG from 1915 to 1969, mostly in sets and with nearly all of the souvenir sheets, but with parcel post being somewhat spotty. Better are mint 119-122, and NH 134-137, 175, 221, 229-236, 435-445, B69-B77, B106, B114-B122, and B169. Ruanda Urundi and Belgian Congo are also fairly solid mint NH from the 1930s through the 1950s. Quality material to continue or break down, starting with what has not yet been mounted.
