Resourcefully mounted on homemade pages with folded slivers of “post-it” notes all doubly protected with plastic pages. A serious collection with lots of power throughout. His favorite areas and therefore the strongest are Spain, Great Britain and colonies, Italy, Germany and colonies, plus the best two of all being Russia and France and colonies. Each of which would be superior single lots in this auction. But, the owner wants his work to all go to the same buyer so it is offered intact in 27 heavy cartons weighing around half a ton.
