	990		Belgium 3 ring stockbook “collection” haphazardly organized on a couple dozen stockpages. High catalog value if one were to believe the enclosed inventory. Lots of buried goodies with a bunch of early Leopold imperfs, used #121 and 138, and mint 172-184 noted. So poorly organized it will take some serious review to come up with the right price.	Cat. 	991		Belgium and colonies extra clean and fresh collection in process in a Scott Specialty album. Includes fairly complete mint OG or NH from 1915 to 1969, mostly in sets and with nearly all of the souvenir sheets. Better are mint Scott 119-122, and NH 134-137, 175, 221, 229-236, 435-445, B69-B77 ovpt, B106, B114-B122, and B169. Ruanda Urundi and Belgian Congo are also fairly solid mint NH from the 1930s through the 1950s. Quality material to continue or break down, starting with what has not yet been mounted.	Cat. 	992		Belgium and colonies collection in two Scott Specialty albums to 1965. Interesting earlies followed up with mint and used sets often with better than intermediate catalog values. Missing the highest items for completion, but with plenty of pickings to be made for any stock. Decent Ruanda and Congo round out the collection. Worthy of a long look.	Cat.
