Includes two homemade specialist albums showing towns and types in great detail plus four stockbooks with several thousand lozenge cancels in numerical order and around 140 large stockcards with perhaps duplicates basically in order. There must be at least 12,000 mounted identified/identifiable cancels, plus thousands more unsorted in envelopes, and over 120 covers. We noted large and small numerals, high numbers, anchors, main and spur railroads, foreign usages, etc. Expanding the collection are about 400 cds cancels on Sage issues mounted in town order.
