Begins with an extensive states collection with many highlights which include Bavaria used 1, 29, 76-91, Bremen 1 with a 1949 cert, Wurttemberg 6, 29, 53, etc. plus NGC complete. The colonies section is one of the more complete collections seen in quite a while with premium items in abundance. Cameroons, Caroline Islands, GEA, German New Guinea, German South West Africa, Kiauchau, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Samoa, Togo, and all the offices are especially strong.
