The binders are in better than serviceable condition with only two that need obvious repair. The stamps are mainly mint and in complete sets with some of the albums quite full and others (the majority) sparse. Enough face in US, Canada and Great Britain to figure in the total. By far the most valuable is the US holding in three Lighthouse albums on custom made quadrille pages. As this was a labor of love almost everything is used sometimes in mixed condition. Three pages of classics give way to two pages of banknotes. Also includes Columbians to 50 cents, studies of civil war era cancels, Washington Franklins, and an “as is” set of used Kansas Nebraska. Covers are strategically placed for impact in this group that goes into the early 21st century. A few modern mint sheets are the only face and three boxes of foreign fodder add to the bulk but are less than a quarter of the value.
