	1238		Balkan accumulation on Scott Specialty pages. A few hundred mint and used stamps. The best is Romania with issues from the 1860s to 1930s. Next is Bulgaria from 1879-1880s and 1907-1912. Also Albania from 1910 to 1920s and Serbia from 1860s to 1900 round out this offering. Good for filling holes in your collection or for a dealer’s stock. Close inspection needed as condition varies. 	1239		Balkan area bulging Scott Specialty album to around 1970. Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Yugoslavia are all represented with good runs of mint and used stamps. Bulgaria is just a little better than the others with many mint set runs from 1950-1965. Easily broken down into stand alone groups or incorporated into an intermediate area collection.	Cat.
