The collector purchased fifty nine Scott International binders at a total cost of $3,126.00 with slipcases at $1,769.00 plus supplements 1A1 to 35B (to 1999) at $5,819.00. After cutting mounts for his stamps he mounted them in their assigned spaces then quit. After a couple years he cataloged what he had at $32,000.00 (so somewhat higher now).
