	866		Finland collection in a Scott Specialty album. Contains solid early used including 2 (pen cancel as normal), a few roulettes, 17-24, 36, 57-58, and 69. After 1917, it is all mint and apparently complete to 2000 including the semis, airs and parcel posts. The last few pages are filled with nearly complete Karelia and Aland Islands.
