1184*oA tempting lot in two parts. The first part is composed of classic material in seven very heavy Schaubek albums from three different editions (1907, 1911, and 1935). The stamps are widely scattered and slightly duplicated throughout all seven volumes with pockets of Germany, Belgium, and others providing useful material. The second part of the lot is much smaller and consists of an envelope of U.S. on three black stockpages. The stamps are all unused and mostly with condition problems. The catalog value, however, is very high. There are nearly 100 stamps between Scott 11 and 216 and, while many are presentable, they have been figured quite low. 1187*oA general collection in six albums by someone who stayed with it for a number of years. Includes a Scott National substantially full, used 1918-1988, an International Junior with thousands of familiar stamps, International Parts II-IV that are sparser and a Harris Ambassador full of more modern issues. Aside from some U.S. high values, we noted little of individual merit, but with such a large quantity of different mounted stamps, this collection should easily be worth our estimate.Cat.
