	1388		Memel collection organized by Michel number in a three ring binder. Appears to be nearly complete for the basic (non-occupation) issues with much duplication both mint and used. A few covers, including a couple stampless, and used blocks are among the more interesting items. There are just a couple noted varieties with Scott 31a both mint and used.
