	1238		Belgium collection in a Scott Album (1849-1993) with hundreds of stamps. Better material throughout. 	1240		Belgium and Colonies collection of mostly sets which should be all NH. The stamps are housed on Scott hingeless pages. The Belgium starts in the 1940s and goes into the 1970s.
