The best parts are the interfiled blank pages with fresh sets and multiples of imperfs and other printing varieties. Purging the ordinary duplicates and remounting the rest would do wonders.Cat. Includes a set on yellow paper plus a 4x7 part pane, 16 used stamps one with MEPSI cert, five large part panes of the 2 centavo types, and 23 identified forgeries. This is a paper study of the very thin to thick papers for these stamps, both without overprint and by each district overprint. Includes mixed mint and used, and various scattered light duplication, plus a few unusual varieties identified. It will take another dedicated specialist to continue this effort.Cat.
