Much of the value is in the last ten of the 13 White Ace binders that are over 98% complete with mint (many NH) sets, singles, souvenir sheets, prefecture pairs and booklets. Huge face in these. The other three are the weaker earlier section, although missing much of the power, still has surprises (some parks sets and sheets etc.) to offer.
